Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support international sales operations across industries such as construction, mining, transportation, marine, and power generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads
  • Generate new B2B leads through research and prospecting
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
  • Reactivate existing customer databases and build new pipelines
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales follow-up processes
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify key decision-makers
