Job Summary

The CRM Team Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing all CRM, Oqood registration, post-sales operations, and regulatory coordination with Dubai Land Department (DLD). The role ensures compliance with UAE real estate regulations, enhances client satisfaction, and drives operational efficiency across the registration and after-sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the CRM and Post-Sales team to ensure smooth execution of registration and after-sales processes.
  • Oversee the complete Oqood lifecycle including generation, execution, amendments, and rectifications.
  • Liaise with Dubai Land Department (DLD), trustee offices, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure timely unit registration and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise issuance of Resale NOCs, Handover Certificates, JOPD Letters, and Purchaser Disclosure Statements.
  • Handle high-level client complaints and conduct client meetings when required.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, ERP, and IT departments for operational alignment.
  • Monitor project timelines, BCC issuance, and handover schedules.
  • Develop SOPs and implement KPIs for CRM team performance.
  • Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE real estate CRM/registration management.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Real Estate Law and DLD procedures.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
