We are seeking an experienced Lead Therapist with a strong background in Physiotherapy and Advanced Spa Therapies to join a premium medical-wellness environment. This senior role combines clinical physiotherapy, manual therapies, aesthetic treatments, and technology-based body therapies, while also leading therapy standards and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physiotherapy, manual therapy, and advanced body & facial treatments
• Design integrated treatment plans aligned with medical and longevity programs
• Operate approved aesthetic and body-contouring technologies
• Lead therapy quality standards and support training of junior therapists
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and wellness professionals
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, safety, and hygiene standards
• Provide a high-end, personalized client experience

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy
• Valid SCFHS Physiotherapist license
• Recognized certifications in spa, massage, or aesthetic therapies
• 5+ years experience in physiotherapy, medical spa, or wellness environments
• BLS certification (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (Arabic preferred)
